Principles in Dental Public HealthAAPHD Dental Public Health CurriculumThe two- to three-hour course module is designed to introduce students to various aspects and core principles of Dental Public Health and its application to population-based oral health. some lectures may be most effectively learned in combination, so it is highly recommended that the instructors review and familiarize themselves with the entire course. This course prepares oral health professionals to address complex health issues in diverse populations through community-based approaches, preventive strategies, and policy advocacy.
